Sales Co-ordination
- Lead generation through tele-calling, personal contacts and references, fixing meetings and calendar for sales team
- Tracking of postpaid leads and their status
- Calling existing customers – feedback / upsell / appointment
- Liaise and push any issues between technical and sales with aim to meet SLAs
- Make and send proposals, rates, etc. to customers as required
- Daily Tracking of postpaid activity – calls, meetings, new and existing customers usage, declining usage, growing usage, etc.
- Support postpaid Sales/support teams with calls, chats, emails
- Occasionally accompany Sales team for sales meeting
- Other miscellaneous activities as assigned by management
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Postpaid Sales and Account Manager
- Arranging and carrying out meetings/presentations to present and discuss corporate services with prospective customers.
- Acquiring/signing new corporate accounts and following up with these to ensure sustained revenue increase
- Prepare the required forms, proposals, quotations and other documentation for customers to aid in signup
- Account management of the existing and new customers with adequate follow-up to promote usage and resolve customer issues
- Provide client requirements and other feedback to the management with an aim to conceptualize new products and services
- Providing sales and pipeline reports on a daily/weekly/adhoc basis in the agreed format
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
